Well my Luke was officially 2 Monday. My how the time has flown...the nuk fairy came and collected all the pacifiers in the house for the new babies and left a neat little present. ( I thought that was very clever of Sarah) So far so good on that too!!! They are having him a party at the park on Sat. morning....lots of dirty playing kids and one tired Granny. lol We have just over a week til the due date for the new lil one....so we are just waiting anyyyy dayyyyy. The fall allergies are laying me low this year. Every year the fall is a misery for me, and it's my favorite time of the year! Ahhh well....

I have been noticing lately how differently people perceive things. I suppose it has to do with their personal experiences, education, background, religion, preferences, etc. It makes me wonder how perceptions translate into bad decision making. What makes one person see something attractive where another sees something to be cautious of? Is how someone sees themself included in that mixture too? If someone says 'I am a shy, caring person' yet goes on to spew bile, I hear from party 1...'you are wonderful!' I hear from party 2 ...'I admire you' and I wonder, am I missing something? because what I see is not really admirable nor wonderful, more like someone not being honest with themself. Is this the same quality that leads people to get involved in situations they KNOW are bad? This interests me.
